Peak Performance in the Face of Pressure

Welcome to Lucid. We are dedicated to unlocking potential in the face of pressure. We have all dealt with pressure in our lives and we have all had a moment where that pressure led to a subpar performance. That subpar performance was a moment where you weren’t able to access your full potential when you needed it the most.

Lucid is here to change that. Mental training is a process of training your mind so that in the face of pressure you can create flow and perform at your best. We believe in training the mind for Competitive Greatness. John Wooden defines Competitive Greatness as being at your best when you best is needed. Don’t let your performance in the face of pressure fall to chance. Start training it today.

Over the course of this series, you will be exposed to the Lucid Mental Training Philosophy and Curriculum. This curriculum has been curated and built by leading performance experts that have trained athletes and executives to succeed on the biggest stages. You don’t have to strive for an Olympic Gold medal or to run a billion dollar company in order to receive the benefits of this training. If you are striving to be better and to be at your best every day, then this training is for you. We know that this training can help you perform in all walks of life.

We believe everyone has a masterpiece inside of them. The coaches at Lucid want to help you unlock yours.
