While thousands of families are being impacted,

I got this email in my inbox at around 9:46 AM today which is the Monday of layoffs!


I don’t want to blame the recruiter who is trying to do her job. Or this is probably from an automated script that was not turned off.

But, I often wonder how executives manage to dehumanize and commoditize others who they are supposed to lead.
