Peaceful and Happy Life-How ?

One of the basic reasons of unhappiness and discontentment in life is undue competition and comparison with others. When we start competing and comparing with others without analyzing the WHY, then we get into the trap of a useless race which has no end and no meaning.

Similarly if we develop a habit and mindset of looking at what others have and we don't, then the result will be anxiety, depression and unhappiness.Whereas if we develop a mindset of gratitude and appreciating the value of what we have in life, then the outcome will be a blessed life.

There is no harm in pursuing our passions, desires and goals, however the underlying motivation should be our own needs, liking and calling; rather than an artificial desire on the basis of others possession of material things.We need to actually analyze what do we really need to have in order to live a peaceful and happy life and once we truly understand our own desires, needs and requirements only then we will be able to live a happy and peaceful life.

Life is not a race where we have to defeat others in order to achieve success , instead each and every one of us is bestowed with our own special path which is destined for us and in that journey we need to collaborate , cooperate and support others for a mutually beneficial , fruitful and purposeful relationship and lives.
