Peace of Soul/mind comes from Love!

Peace of mind is a state of mind when we are free from tension, and other related problems. Those who are in search of achievements and goals, rarely have peace of mind. Those who are taking life as it comes, generally live with peace of mind. Less the desire and demand, more the peace of mind.

However it might also happen that love will work against peace of mind, in many cases. Love is the basic cause for emotions, and emotions are the basic cause for happiness and sorrow. Love for all, is a better quality for human being to adopt, love for few, shows a sense of partiality. Love for few will also result in enmity from others. Love and hate will usually run on parallel lines.

Love is the most beautiful essence of God’s gift we humans have received. However, we are not using our love correctly and often lose the love for others through life experiences but God never loses his true love for us all, even for the criminals. He gives those criminals in jail to learn about their own behaviours and correct themselves. God is all love and he is an awesome superior natural power than human being. 

For having peaceful mind, it should have more of optimism than negativity & trashy left overs baggage of yesterday. Let there be no squabbles, no rifts, no dirt that cannot be vanished with little more efforts. Just tweak & just fine tune yourself - both brain & heart, you'll feel happy, more content & peace shall follow.

Of one can say, course your mental health that is, your peace of mind is more important than love. It's not necessary that when you are in love with someone you won't face any sort of clashes in your relationship. They always do, but take them as natural process of loving each other. You will have fights (big or small) that may hamper your peace of mind. It will never be your best decision to continue to be in a psychologically abusive relationship. If your mental peace gets hampered you'll never be able to function with all you will.

Because love without peace of mind is not love it's just a cage or a jail in which and you and other person are dragging both together or trying to make a dead thing rejuvenate. A person who is not loved can't attain peace of mind and peace of mind is attained by the regular dose of love and affection and most importantly the feeling of being satisfied for being with each other.

However,those ones who are evil-hearted people are the ones who can make a person's life hell and they can make a person go mad or become a hard core non emotional cold person but that person will not have the peace of mind because their will be chaos which will be piercing his or hers heart every moment so we must fall in love with the ones who provide us with the peace of mind to grow together.
