A Peace Roadmap for Israel & Palestine/Palestinian Territories.

A Peace Roadmap for Israel & Palestine/Palestinian Territories.

In 2017 the modern world as we know it, Ie people able to express themselves on the internet etc was prevented from stopping via a peace process that 12 countries aligned with.?

The incorrect and incomplete representation of that then and ever since is why there are so many major problems in the world. The actual underlying reason why faith in the West to be the reliable, go to Bastian of reliability, stability good reasoning that the West was previously considered to be. The shift of 1/5 of all the countries in the world to BRICS is representative of this. The Multi-polar world is about all countries being considered to be the adult in the room. All able to look out and consider the Universal interests of all. Long term disputes of the 20th Century resolved today in order for the world to be able to progress. The realty of the world today is everything other than what you read of in the media. here is a global shift to a win-win through peace making mindset. The full and complete representation of past diplomacy is a central issue to countries as to how they align. The effective use of Integrated Strategies by the West will prevent many more countries going Eastwards in their affiliation and bring back, maintain West and East balance.?

Today and in the years leading up to today the incomplete narrative of the West in terms of peace making is causing more countries to stop aligning to the West than any other factor. The West therefore is doing more to weaken what are considered Western values than any other external factor. One of the countries joining BRICS is a country that The West does not actually accept exists, this country is called Palestine. The reality of the situation is that a viable peace process that I'm currently authoring between Israel and Palestine is workable. It's better than any of the other peace proposals previously attempted or presented. In practice it works for both the interests of the people of Israel and the people of Palestine. If the same levels of media representation, and political representation occur as did for the peace roadmaps and peace processes between North and South Korea, Syria, India and Pakistan, Iran, Ukraine and Russia, the Grain Deal. The thinking behind the interjection by Russia and China into the mediation with Afghanistan after the West had left. None of the above was represented in any press fully complete and truthful way. If that continues to happen with this next peace proposal then the inevitable result again will be lesser faith in the West to be able to mediate the most complicated of issues geo-politically in the world nor fully represent the peace processes properly in what is termed the 'free press'. Looking at this from where I am standing, with what I know there has been and there is a tendency for the Wests media to be more crisis orientated Internationally and more win-win in home country issues, yet dismissive in terms of analysis in terms of win-win, by leadership peace making if the leaders represent other paradigms of reasoning in the structure of their nations.?

The narrative in the West has been in many ways wrongly presented in all press as being 'we told them what to do and they complied'. Rather than from a mutually respectful perspective we found agreement. The truth is that there are court cases, some of the most important ever in US history taking place today and by next March. These are all to do with the classified information relating to the control of information in the context of peace processes. So the US legislation process is onto this. They know that there is information in the context of peace processes that affects the USA. What's more it affects the UK as a result of that, what's more it affects all UK allies and non allies. The full information not publicly known relates to information in the context of the multi-polar rational and how this kept the world functioning in 2017. I know this as I wrote the peace roadmap documents that resulted in the peace processes that then became classified information. In short today the best way to protect and maintain the Wests position in the world is the same as the best hope for ending the war between Russia and Ukraine. It's also the best hope for producing a first time ever answer that can feasibly work for Israel and Palestine. It's also the best hope for maintaining West and East alliance of countries balance and therefore the capacity of the dollar. It's also the best way to start to properly answer the global issue of climate properly. Do so in a way that has already been used in part in peace processes from 2017, has already been a part of the knowledge that enabled the worlds first ever global agreement with the Paris climate Accord, that's already been central to the worlds second other full agreement The Grain Deal. Really, the truth is that all countries have their ears to the ground, they all communicate with each other. Many, most, all countries know that there has been a holding back by the West of global answers to problems that affect the entire worlds population now and forever more. The practice of the West lecturing other countries on what is the 'right thing to do' when holding back knowledge that could otherwise enables the world to progress if fully considered is an anomaly of the modern day.?

The area of Israel and Palestine has it's first traces one and a half million years ago. On the 14th May 1948 the state of Israel was created after the British Mandate ran out. Benjamin Netanyahu was born a year and five months later. President Biden was six years old. There has been political failure in the Levante area, the Holy land, Palestine and Israel have had a political failure in policy resulting in conflict and war almost the entire time President Biden has been in the world. That's 80 years of political failure. The most influential, long term problem in the world.? Defining a region that has traces of humanity there for one and half million years, religious practices thousands of years and yet by a system of political reasoning that is less than one hundred years old is illogical, unworkable and when the implications of this result in people burning flag one thousand miles away, protests worldwide, the risk of an escalation of war, the risk of nuclear war. There has simply got to be a better and more effective answer. It requires a determined leader to say this situation does not work for my people, it requires a perspicacity?in leadership that all leaders in 80 years have failed to acknowledge that there never was an agreement that worked fully and properly for either people. The Israeli's and Palestinians are all the victims of the failure in leadership, the failure to reach agreement. The Western world has failed on answering and solving this issue until now.??

Here is a roadmap that I propose to end the Israel and Palestinian war with a list of steps. Yet to get there requires covering information from many perspectives.??

1. Israel announces that there will never be an end to the state of Israel. The Israeli people will always have a homeland and that will always be protected by any means necessary, however that the Jewish people are peace makers and that the original plan for the creation of Israel had very significant flaws in the plan that have affected the Palestinians and therefore the Israeli's ever since. There have been extreme positions taken on both the Jewish and Palestinian side and violence is not an effective way to solve a political problem, that not anyone in Israel today had any part in the creation of. With there being protests worldwide, and the joining of more countries to a block of countries that does fully recognise Palestine. Not only is it illogical and impractical not to recognise the country of Palestine in fact it's causing shifts on world wide scale in terms of their loyalty. Therefore, unreasonable thinking in the attempt to obtain more is actually resulting in obtaining less, not only for Israel but for the countries most allied to Israel. The issue of Israel and Palestine is today everything other than just an Israeli and Palestinian problem. Israel is most resourceful as a country when our allies are the most resourceful. England having a leader that is one the side more of Israel and Scotland having a first Minister who's family are in Gaza is complicated for the UK, it's complicated for relations between the UK and the EU if different policies are considered correct/ The problems of The Holy land have resulted in Jewish protestors for peace protesting at the Capitol building in Washington. Public verbal spats with the leaders of Ireland, Columbia and the United Nations, the organisation that developed from the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine that then as the British were leaving led to the creation of Israel in the first place and a Jewish state for the first time in two thousand years. The inescapable truth is that a new agreement is not only of critical importance for the welfare of Israel, it's essential for the long term stability of the entire world.?

The East, the BRICS countries are on the side of both Palestine and Israel. The West has frequently been more on the side of Israel than Palestine and that is one significant contributing factor to the Eastward trend of many countries. If Israel continues to maintain a position that does not recognise Palestine, then the West our friends will also support that position. Many countries will increasingly go towards the East and thus, the West potentially loses in terms of the use of the dollar Internationally, that could result in a complete change in the worlds economy and that is if global relations are preserved enough to maintain largely world peace.?

There has got to be a global reset politically and if there is not that then at best there will be an economic reset and at worst a military reset. The change in the world has to originate from Israel, it's the only way to ensure the long term capacity of the country in the world and to ensure that friendship to Israel never comes at too higher price for the allies of Israel.?

What's vital for all sectors of society in Israel to realise that today a hard line between any Israeli people and Palestinians is weakening the influence of the West in the world and that is then coming back to weaken the position of Israel. In spite of everything that has ever been said or considered in terms of Israel and Palestinian relations in the past one hundred years. The only path today towards strength for Israel is by Israel, all of Israel as a country and a people having a moderate position towards Palestinians and Palestine. There have been many Rubicon moments in Jewish history that have required at a single moment in time a completely different way of thinking to influence the Jewish population. I will provide some examples.

?I. The exodus from Egypt. That was a collective choice that had to be made, all the Jewish people had to make that choice together.?

2. The expansion out into other countries was a choice that some made and some did not, during the course of history the Jewish people were persecuted, were subject to different laws, could only obtain certain employment. The restrictions placed onto Jewish people, resulted in the Jewish people reversing those oppressive policies towards being to their advantage. Past unjust laws towards Jewish people in the past however, do not give justifiable reasoning today for unjust laws towards any other people. However, there has become a combined way of thinking amongst Jewish people that has enabled essential progress.??

3. In 1930's Europe many Jewish people did collectively leave and escape persecution and fled from where the oppression began, most did not. The persecution experienced during the Holocaust was the systematic genocide of the Jewish people obtained justice in the Nuremburg trials and the creation of the state of Israel at a later date, yet without the agreement of the Palestinian people. Israel is a result of the power dynamic in the world of the 1940's and not representative of the power dynamic in the world of today. Throughout the 20th Century The West supported Israel, many countries in the world supported the West. The wars in The Middle East, Afghanistan, Iraq changed the dynamic and there have effectively been three factions in the world since. The West the East and the Muslim world. The Muslim world is in support of the Abrahamic Accord largely and yet the alliances to that have shifted vastly in the past month. The Muslim people who say the word peace more than any other people in the world are vastly, overwhelmingly peace making people and make up 1/5 of the entire worlds population. Common sense from the Muslim perspective is of course against the actions carried out in Israel, yet the disproportionate response to Palestinian's with five times more murders is something that has upset Western sensibilities as much as Muslim sensibilities. The protests in the world and even legal debates that are completely unchartered territory, between a London Underground Driver and transport for London. Between The Uk government and the metropolitan police. A dispute between pub goers and a group of men that stole and tried to burn the Union flag. The reality is there is no rule book, not even an approximate set of guidelines to where the world is today.?

What's absolutely undeniably clear is that there is today a vast majority of people worldwide that are on the side of the Palestinians either less or more than on the side of Israel. The truth is that there are Jewish people in many countries.? The Jewish population make up 16.1 million people. 0.2% of the worlds population. the USA has 51% of the Jewish population in the world. Israel 30%. The 16.1 million population increases to 18 million when partly Jewish people are considered. There are 1.9 billion Muslims in the world, approximately one in every four people in the world is Muslim.? There are 2.35 million Muslims in the USA, that's 0.8% of the population. The Jewish people make up the second largest religious group in the USA.? It's considered however that by 2040 the Muslim population in the USA will become larger than the Jewish population. What has to be considered here is that The USA as a country for it's own interests of 2040 requires a policy today within the country and in terms of therefore all of it's foreign policy that works as effectively for Jewish and well as Muslim people. As a result of the representation more so of Jewish people in the USA than Muslim's may well have resulted in the policies of the past and of even today. However, it's absolutely clear that Europe, a continent that owes as much or more to the Jewish people than any continent stands today calling for a ceasefire and for aid to get into Gaza. An incursion into Gaza would be considered to be today A US, British and Israeli policy only. With more than forty countries seeking to join BRICS. Many of the worlds most populous Muslim countries have joined BRICS including Palestine. It seems likely to me that unless there is a moderate policy created in terms of GAZA then the USA, Israel and possibly the UK if it maintains a line of reasoning that is not perpetuating aid and a ceasefire could cause the biggest economic shift to happen. A consortium of BRICS countries putting trade between BRICS countries as a higher priority to the West could cause economic waves that change the worlds economic system forever, out of favour with any countries not representing Palestine as a country.?

Militarily the Israeli army and intelligence services are without a doubt amongst the best in the world.? However, it does not require Albert Einstein to realise that it's a battle of the conscience, a wrangling of ethical choices that is as much a part of the entire circumstances as anything else. The side that people are born into affects and influences thinking. Yet, many on both sides have embraced the values of peace. It's therefore possible to win the battle on the battlefield and lose the war in terms of the shift in conscience, that's almost inevitable. There is no winning side in a war that is represented as two countries and yet so easily morphs into a war between religions and cultures without there being a very real exit strategy.?

In other words the incursion into Gaza would make many countries rip up any prospect of the Abraham Accords having any credibility at all the conclusion of many countries would be that it's just impossible to be able to have a reasonable situation with Israel, they simply cannot get over their issue with the Palestinian people. This would be an exact parallel to how many countries were in WW2 when there was a slow yet progressive acceptance that it was impossible to do any form of trade with the Third Reich. I was on the oldest cider farm in the UK a few years ago in Somerset. I was taken into the old cider house and in there I was astonished to see cloth sacks with a swastika printed on them. I asked the owner of the cider house what the story is behind those bags,, how could they have possibly ended up in the UK in his cider house. He explained to me that there was trade between the UK and Germany during the time of the Third Reich that there was a progressive end to this as the division between the British and Third Reich way of thinking became more apparent. It was the same with the USA. The USA did not immediately enter the war and was helping the UK via Canada. There can be a trickle affect that then becomes a flood, and what seems to be the immediate and rapid shift to a policy and the perception afterwards that that is how it's always been of course the UK and the Third Reich were always complete opponents, enemies, in opposition. That is the paradigm of thinking and yet just in the same way that the Jewish people were persecuted more and more until there was vast genocide on a level never known previously in all European history. The trickle effect today towards the Palestinian's has created a similar dynamic in the thinking of many people and many countries. The situation in Gaza is a world issue today. It seems absolutely clear that with the EU already in contrast to any further attacks on Gaza, if there is an incursion then that could put the EU more aligned to BRICS countries in their foreign policy than the USA, UK or Israel.? This would be incredibly dangerous and push the world closer to world war. The only good option is the immediate recognising of the country of Palestine 138 countries in the world recognise Palestine. One country, one vote and in a democratic world Palestine would be as recognised as a country as much as Belgium, Bhutan or Bangladesh. The paradox of believing in democracy and believing in democratic election and having at least twenty percent of the entire Western discourse relating to elections and yet not having had a vote to recognise Palestine as a country with a majority vote is an inherent hypocrisy. Yet, today it's more than that a peace deal between Israel and Palestine creates a new dynamic, a reset in terms of world relations that puts peace making to the top of the agenda, which makes lots of senses in any case, given the complexity of where the world is today and the first considerations cited of possible US ground troops going to Europe if there is an increase in the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.?

However, peace making as a currency in todays world is essential. The cost to civilian life by an incursion into Gaza would create a shift to the worlds economy. At the least a boycott of not only countries due to the alignment of policies but in fact to the actual International currency itself. Israel may win the 'battle of Gaza' and yet the USA could as a result sow the seeds to lose the 'bank of the world'.? ? ? ?

Second start to this peace roadmap.?

?? ? ?

Firstly, I begin this peace roadmap with an apology to both Ukraine and Russia. I have endeavoured to do my best in terms of producing a peace roadmap for the war in Ukraine. I know there are specific issues that both sides have and I sense that at times there has been some agreement and the potential for more agreement. I am however, unable to produce a viable answer. The reason is that despite so many calls for more complete media on past peace processes, and past peace roadmaps my calls for this my repeated calls for this have gone unanswered. The truth is that there is not any institution in the world that fully, totally and completely researches independently peace processes and how they were obtained and achieved. All resources in the world seem to be aligned to the paradigms of reasoning of countries opinions rather than objective proof, evidence and fact. Whilst this consideration is in my opinion very significant for Russia and less so to Ukraine directly. If there was a complete assessment of past peace processes and peace roadmaps then I have consistently considered that this could be a better starting position for there to be amiable enough conditions created in order to make a peace process possible. In the context of the African Peace proposal there is an emphasis on the straightening of the past record in terms of diplomacy. I believe this could be the most important missing component of a viable peace process or at the very least a component that begins to help obtain mediations that are more fully complete and for the first time being able to better perceive the motivations behind the choices that have been made and to better appreciate why these choices have been made within a more complete and truthful context.

All progress in the world is dependent upon the quality of leadership and diplomacy. Leadership is dependent upon the full truth being known somehow in order to be able to nurture a viable mediation that begins from the stance of a mutual respect basis. There would have been that more so today had there been more complete interpretation of past diplomacy. To try and construct a peace process from a perspective of half truths and non truths is folly. However, that's the position I'm automatically put into. the levels of debate and discussion in terms of past peace processes is perpetuating a vast gulf in terms of awareness, appreciation of past peace processes, this leading to incorrect representation and this then obstructing current day efforts towards mediation.?

In essence whilst the objective of the leader of a country at war is to not think too kindly of your opposite leader if there was better, more complete representation of President Putin's past efforts in peace making, then I believe there would be a more resourceful, a more conducive peace making backdrop from which to begin negotiations in terms of Ukraine. It's totally unheard of the News being accountable to it's past errors, incomplete interpretations, and yet that could help prevent an increase in terms of the war into Europe.? ?

NATO has cited that it would put more of an emphasis into peace, I have to say this has been made as a statement and yet nothing significant has yet happened. If NATO wants to fully appreciate the peace roadmaps that have helped nurture some of the most significant peace making this century then I can provide full information. This then would help NATO employees to fully consider the fact that many countries have been nurturing diplomacy in more subtle ways and yet vitally important ways than is usually considered.?

NATO the alliance was created to prevent there ever being another scenario like WW2 is in a way failing just as much as The League of Nations did to prevent WW2 and to answer the needs of both the Jewish and Palestinian people. The truth is that man has been so very much better at producing wars than being able to prevent wars and when wars have been prevented more reluctant to actually explore and consider how viable peace making was obtained than the exploration into any other area of human achievement. What should be the very most important of issues to consider and fully openly discus has only ever been treated as a 'fringe issue' with a complete lack of serious intention or resources going into peace making and the correct representation of this. In my opinion both President Putin and President Zelensky have not had thus far what I consider to be the potentially beneficial outside resource to help better present the basis of a middle ground for mediation and to then hopefully enable there to be an exit indefinitely from the war in Ukraine is seemingly not there at the moment. In my opinion there are two ways that can perhaps provide a way to be able to end the war. The first begins with a better more complete consideration of past peace processes in order to help set the record straight on past diplomacy. The second possible option is a successful peace process in the Middle East in the context of Israel and the Palestinian territory. Although not directly related. The war between The Israeli's and the Palestinians is one of the longest conflicts in the world, it's a war that was created to answer one problem for one people that created another problem for another people that then due to that created a problem from the originally proposed solution as it was never considered a genuine answer in the first place by both sides. .?

In my opinion a major part of the war was an ineffective agreement in the first place. The agreement provided a short term immediate gain for one side and yet did not factor in the needs of the other side effectively enough. The very same conditions that were created in Germany after the first world war as was acknowledged at the time by some in London, sowed the seeds towards a tyrant in Germany who was vocally to begin with? presenting the answer that the German people wanted and needed. However, of course in practice the real remit of 'The National Socialists' was in fact ethnic cleansing which affected many people and yet the Jewish people by far the most.?

Just before that time the great failing was an International discussion that was truly complete that did represent the interests of all people including the German people. They found their only effective form of representation in a demagogue. That at the time presented national interests above all else in his monologue. if at that moment in time there had been a stronger International voice recognising the plight of the German people post Armistice agreement times, then all of the history of the later part of the 20th Century could have been different and much better. We can learn alot from history and the most important lesson that can be obtained is the realisation of where leaders have failed in the past. Where leaders have turned a crisis directed towards their own people against other people.?

In the context of today both Russia and Ukraine require an answer that is less than obvious. The people of Israel and Palestine require the same. if there is a peace process that can be made to work between the people of Israel and Palestine then there could also be an answer generated to produce an answer for the people of Ukraine and Russia. Howe and why this could be possible i cannot explain fully here. What I can ay though is that wars are not always stopped due to logic. They can be stopped due to a better consideration and perception of how two countries or the world found it's way into this scenario and by having that knowledge it's possible then to be able to map a way forwards into mediation and peace.?

What's really important to consider is that logic is important to peace making and yet it's not always the central answer. If we think only in terms of logic then one country risking it's national security and International standing in the world due to a war makes very little sense at all. What does make sense is finding a way into mediation and that is even when the interjection that enables this has not direct link to the actual problem. We can see today that both India and Pakistan have been essential to peace making effort what helped calm tensions was an Interjection in terms of opening up a pilgrims path for Sikh's from India to Pakistan. One goodwill measure whilst in conflict in terms of completely unconnected issues was enough to change the narrative onto peace making.?

The same could be true in the context of Russia and Ukraine. The shifting of that war on the basis of reasons that are effectively non related could be enough to change the positioning. A successful peace process between Israel and Palestine would change the perception of peace processes. Peace established in one place after a 101 year conflict then provides the perfect reference to how peace making can be feasibly today obtained anywhere. The most important reason to make one peace process work is that as a result of that two or more peace processes can become viable. All just blending into a time where leaders realised that the greatest achievements of man can come only in times where there is a general tone to their being better answers today, better leadership today than at any time previously.?

Peace Roadmap for where Israel and Palestinians are currently.?

I wrote in my previous peace roadmap a new methodology of how the conflict between the Israeli's and Palestinians could be answered. I explain here from the moment of today the steps that can be taken. What has to be considered is that Hama's have been releasing hostages. Whilst it's possible to see only so much unreasonableness in the complete situation, going back one hundred years, there are at least some actions that are reasonable and this proves that there is the chance towards a better situation and mediation. The answer to the Israel Palestinian issue.

In the context of any of the peace roadmaps I have written there has been a case where some or none of the work was used. In the context of other documents some or none was used. In the context of Russia and Ukraine, there needed to be a better clearer narrative of past mediation, past peace processes an acknowledgement that the world has put itself into a position where there are simply no clear explanations in the context of past peace making to then to be able to use that as an improved context to peace making today. So I have tried to express what is missing, the leaders of any country or group of countries could take the narrative from being so contrasting to having at least some increased level of reasonableness, alternative narrative if for no reason other than to be able to have the levels of cooperation required to be able to do anything significant in time to prevent the melting of the ice and to answer the climate issue. Whilst a supercomputer has just predicted that 25% of species could soon be extinct, the question that remains is how much are the 75% of other species dependent in some way on that 25%? One species taken from an ecosystem can result in profound changed to an ecosystem, 25%, the implications are vast and yet my work in it's entirety, the only realistic answer has been side lined, ignored, and ridiculed for 33 years. All I can say is many of the decision makers on this planet are deluded enough to to know quite how deluded they have been. In the Worlds of Charles Darwin, 'it's not the fittest or the strongest that survive but the most adaptable.' My new branch of science produced the answers nobody wanted to hear.?

We live in a world where the people have adapted to the scale of the problems in their thinking. The leaders have in what they say and neither connect fully, properly coherently to a new branch of political and geo-political science that produces the answers required. There is total complete and utter cognitive dissonance when it comes to having the knowledge, the wisdom, the gumption, the where with all to use the answers, the tools available to answer wars as a first pre requisite to being able to cooperate on a more required level and balance and align the good future of the planet, with the systems of today.

Mankind overall as a species has not succeeded on this planet. All evidence suggests that in fact there has been repeated failure. A human race that seemingly goes back a million years, our version of modern day civilisation less the ten thousand years old. When considering so many ancient monuments and anomalies around the world that defy explanation, it does genuinely seen that there could be more parallels to the? thinking presented in the original Planet of the Apes series of the 1970's than was perhaps fully considered at the time. The left over trace of the statue of Liberty, could be likened to being the Ancient monuments with lines so perfectly constructed that they could seemingly only have be made today by lasers. The inability to be able to put a razor blade between some blocks of stone in monuments. The scale of rocks lifted that we cannot lift today. The carvings into Ankor Watt in Cambodia of dinosaurs. The lines of Nazca, Bimini, the pyramids in Egypt and in other countries etc.? The world is more unknown in many ways than it is known. Yet the other image in Planet of the Apes with the worshiping of of bombs, that being a religion is also something that metaphorically finds some links to where the world is today.?

The focus of warfare, on non agreement, on failures in relationship between leaders, countries and people is the content of the news. We live in a glass half empty civilisation. Even the invention of social media, whilst the benefits are lauded continuously, on a macro level is a better way to consider problems mostly rather than to use this technology to the best of its capacity and to be able to solve them. So with the potential loss of 25% of species, that is taking us into a place where literally the planet will not be able to function as it has been. If you take 25% of the ingredients out of a recipe the result is obviously completely different. The balance we have had in the world today and previously was always a result of the way in which nature evolved and balance in the world has never been obtained by human capacity but by processes far beyond our capability to be able to comprehend fully. Our most notable contribution has been to collectively upset this balance ever increasingly more with no off button or even an effective regeneration program in order to fully compensate for the vast, losses made to the functionality of our world and all of the life systems within it. Money we have not harnessed effectively enough to keep the banking system and economic systems functioning at their optimal long term as neither ecological re-balancing and peace making has never been the top of the agenda.

Without effective peace making their is only the fight, flight, avoid mindset predominantly in leadership. What could and should be easy issues in an intelligent world to deal with namely the rights of all people in the context of the war in Ukraine and the rights of all people within the area that make up The Holy Land in the middle east appear to be near unresolvable issues simply due to the fact that the narrative for peace making is downed out by the school playground levels of reasoning of your side did this and your side did that perpetuating what is best described as a terrorised and profoundly traumatised population in fact on both sides. The human mind is sensitive and if others are insensitive to this then actions happen that are seemingly completely desensitised. One action being the motivation for the next on a continual action reaction cycle of ethical bankruptcy.? The paradigm is presented that the actions are in contrast one against the other, yet in reality both could be likened to being the front and back wheels of a bicycle. They both perpetuate a downward cycle in people of a sense of greater hopelessness in terms of the management methods of the wise elder leadership of the world today. Each choice adding to the crisis, adds another bit of evidence towards the building of the case that humanity in it's current form, within the systems there are both ecosystems, and societal systems is fall all intents and purposes a failing experiment. Failing not in an obvious way, as we are so mesmerised by our advancements, our shiny techno trinkets. Our attention towards the imagery of the world rather than our capability to be able to effectively perpetuate what we have effectively in to the future. There has been and is mis-management on an incomprehensible level that could be shifted towards optimal management when given the full thesis and yet there has been one obstruction after another in enabling that to be able to happen.

The gathering of data of our failings to be able to collectively use the resources that exist and adapt the worlds systems towards something that is functional in a post colonial world is a viable possibility if only leaders put their own real priorities first and not their perceived priorities first. The emphasis on non agreement is far greater than the emphasis on seeking out and finding agreement in the hear and now. There is a form of self harm that is occurring simply by seeking to not allow collective answers to be able to bridge between two different cultures of the human species in both cases in terms of Russia and Ukraine, Israel and Palestine.?

If there is peace making obtained in Israel, there is the chance for peace making to become the top of the agenda issue. From there a far more full and complete consideration of past and recent peace making and from there increased creative effort towards producing a type of peace process that can work better for Russia and Ukraine. There can be the renewed motivation to being able to make peace in Europe work by making peace work in the Middle East firstly. If the Israeli's and Palestinians can agree on peace making then anything is possible in this world if they can't then there is no good future for any of the Abrahamic religions. The non agreement perpetuated for more years make all of mankind completely impotent in being able to answer the levels of converging and complicated of issues that the 21st Century is already beginning to bring.?

What's evidently clear is that in one hundred years there has never been a viable answer to the situation in The Holy Land. For there to be statements like Israel has the right to defend itself, yet neither the Israeli nor Palestinian people were born yesterday. Anyone could say in response, does Palestine have a right to defend itself? By the 2023 map that area is Israel. By the 1921 map the area is Palestine. The League of Nations produced the agreement that was never agreed upon by both sides. So this type of logical level of discussion that is simply in the here and now without factoring in the vastly complicated developments that brought the situation to where it is today, simply results in ineffective communication and conflict. Having a one sided view that represents only one people is creating a people that are being politically written out of the script which is exactly what happened in the context of so many people in the context of World War two, it's exactly what happened in the USA that resulted in the USA no longer being a British colony. The issue as I have cited previously is 'representation' all people not only want representation, they need that.? The colonial mindset of the 17th, 18th,19th, 20th Centuries has to be put into the past. It's a colonial mindset, the colonisation of peoples, the placing of people's as second class citizens that is the fault in human thinking that this century has to get beyond if there is any chance at all of their being a viable future on this planet for humanity. Not representing people fully is then obstructing peace making, climate work and is creating a 'do or die' mindset not only in people of different religions, but in young people. The inability for leaders to be able to adopt a new more viable way of reasoning that is adapted to the current issues in the world is not only setting the entire world up for future failure. It's setting the older generations up for a type of intergenerational conflict. Why should the younger people care for an older generation that did not care for the younger generation??

The Israeli protests for peace are vast and yet the issues so conflicted that even a peaceful protest in North London was cancelled.

?This type of 'old fashioned, can't bring ourselves to consider the rights of all, is in fact creating a suppressed anger in people that is obstructing a viable middle ground narrative from being able to be obtained. The inflexibility of governments towards a ceasefire, even what five times more Palestinians have been killed simply makes me think of the Holocaust. When there was such a disparity in the appreciation of human life. Yet, today the non valuing of all people, is causing an obstruction for us to not be able to fully value and make the best use of all efforts for there to be a viable green deal for the whole world. How can there be a win-win green deal between peoples when there is not the chance to be able to progress for some. I'm not going to question any more the ethics of the current situation, it's an ethical maze and all Jewish and Muslim people in my opinion should have the right to defend themselves as well as the right to have a country that is their country.?

I believe that a peace process that works has to be made possible. How that can be possible I believe could be the following proposal. Looking at the situation in terms of elections. If there is continued strife in the Holy land, then there is the chance of an escalation of the war. The witholding of aid is simply callous. misjudged and politically dangerous both Nationally and Internationally in the UK. If we are going to do specifics with this The prime minister of England is creating a policy to prevent the First Minister of Scotland's parents in law from having water and food. This policy from a Prime Minister who's parents used to run a chemists and help people? There has never been a situation in British politics where the leader of one country within the United Kingdom was promoting a policy specifically designed to do physical harm to the family of the First Minister of another country within the UK, yet that is where British politics is today. Then if added to the mix is Russia and Ukraine, BRICS, Azerbaijan Armenia, The Abraham Accords. Transport for London's policy, The Metropolitan Police Police, the governments policy, which government that of England or that of Scotland. The shift of forty countries over the BRICS. The heartache of people of al faiths worldwide to the destruction of human life, mostly children as a result of the war between Israel and a place one group of countries call The Palestinian Territory another Palestine. It's absolutely obvious that the only way that ethics in the world can be maintained is by there being a very different course of action for anything and everything to do with Israel and Palestine. What I have cited earlier needs to be considered that firstly there has never been an agreement and any agreement made today has in fact come decades too late at best for the many Israeli and Palestinian people that have suffered so much.??

I did previously write in the last Peace Roadmap for the Middle East a proposal. This was written in haste and this is a more complete version of that with some amendments made.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Proposed peace process methodology.

1. Israel declares the war between Israel and Palestine over with the official re-instatement of Palestine as a country. At the same time states that Palestine will be established as a country in stages that are dependent in progressing based upon The Abraham Accords remaining largely agreed and peace being maintained between both Palestinian and Israeli citizens.

2. New Palestine Stage 1 is Gaza. This immediately becomes an Independent Sovereign?State. This is acknowledged by all countries. Upon the successful instigation of this and peace maintained for one year. This then progresses the peace process onto the next stage.?

3. New Palestine Stage 2. The West Bank becomes the second part of Palestine with a government that has proportional representation for Muslim, Jewish and Christians living there. There is a program supported like the 2000 Gaza Program for Jewish Settlers to relocate if they choose. However, the government and police are represented with a combination of religions proportionate to the population. Upon the successful instigation of New Palestine Stage 2. With peace being maintained, for one year progresses onto New Palestine Stage 3.?

4. New Palestine Stage 3 is a previously considered proposal for there to be a highway between Gaza and The West Bank. The proposal was a raised highway. The highway plan would massively improve all aspects of travel between Gaza and The West Bank and this would then produce major benefits to both the economy of Palestine and Israel. With peace being maintained for one year then progresses onto New Palestine Stage 4. The West Bank is more complicated than Gaza due to settlements some legal and some not with almost half a million Jewish people living there. A compensation scheme is possible, an internal barrier could be possible for some areas which could come under Israeli rule, however if there is a genuine sentiment within the Jewish population in Israel that there has to be a viable answer produced both for the Israeli's as well as the Palestinians in order to maintain cordial relations for Jewish and Muslim people worldwide, then there is the hope that a path towards a new paradigm is possible, as remaining in the current and previous paradigm simply is not sustainable to maintain and preserve Internationally. Whilst the first part of this plan is possible to instigate easily, the second part is more complicated. However, if there is a genuine effort in peace making made in the first year by the Palestinians then there is the chance that common sense will observe Israel as a country being for the first year ever at peace and that the benefits towards a collective peace process that works for all people at once is worth the changes. To have a Jewish population without representation is not correct either. There are many countries with a Jewish population where there has not been representation. So having representation would ensure that all interests of all people are considered. For settlers to not have the chance to re-settle is also wrong. In order to be able to have that requires that there is an International compensation program like previously. However, to continue the International implications of where this has already got to is making ethical reasoning within governments allied to Israel incredibly difficult within their countries and has already caused International rifts that were never previously there.?

The notion that the world could slip into an increased war or even a world war as a result of not being able to produce an effective enough agreement between two peoples able to recognise and allow for the representation of each other is a wrong position for the world to be in today. It's always been a wrong position. In order to get beyond this requires as much diligent?effort put into immediate peace making as into any aspect of perpetuating this crisis in any other way. An inflexibility of reasoning by either side could create global implications for entire peoples and that is the most unacceptable result of this possible. Past peace proposals have failed to represent fully the interests of both sides in this. That should be an acknowledgement that begins to make peace making possible. The representation of the narrative towards a singular win for either side by the other side, enables there to be a win-win created. Israel and Palestine being at peace is the best gain possible. The notion that one side is conceding?land to the other is not true when considering all of the past maps of the Holy Land.? ? ??

5.? New Palestine Stage 4 is the administration of East Jerusalem. There is a government share proposal similar to that instigated in The West bank with proportional representation of Jews, Muslims, Christians.?

6. The Golan Heights were invaded in the 6-day war and annexed and made a part of Israel. Before that there has been occupation of this area by many including the Romans. Alexander The Great. The Trump administration recognised the Golan Heights as a part of Israeli Territory. Anthony Blinken has cited that this in future could be under review.?

Overview.??

If there is to be Stage 2 and Stage 3 of a New Palestine peace plan to function. it's of vital importance that Israeli interests are fully considered in this as well of course. Whilst until now I have focussed more on Gaza which is the easiest aspect of this. West Bank more complicated and yet still viable and then East Jerusalem. This proposal has been mostly in the context of Jewish and Christians adapting to a proportional representation based system or having the option of relocation. The Golan Heights from my research have a proportionately smaller Palestinian population. One option could be for the Golan Heights to be recognised as a part of Israel more widely as a condition for Gaza and The West Bank being recognised as Palestine. Israel maintaining The Golan Heights enables there to be a substantial areas where it's possible to relocate for the Jewish population that wish to remain residing in only a Jewish State. Simply looking at the demographics, which isn't easy to really know about and write about without having been to any of these places, however. Gaza is Palestinian, West Bank much more Palestinian than Israeli, Golan Heights more Israeli than Palestinian and East Jerusalem more mixed. So this plan is effectively aligned to the existing demographics and aligned to that. In the context of what a New Palestine can look like it would be Gaza and the West Bank as Palestine. It could then be East Jerusalem as a capital and maintain Ramallah as the administrative capital.?

The New Palestine.

The New Palestine could be a country shaped like a bridge, one part in Gaza, another part in the West Bank and the capital in East Jerusalem. The mediation in terms of the Golan Heights could be made possible with diplomacy with Syria.?

Peace Force.?

There could be an administrative unit established, a peace force comprising established peace makers from peace making organisations that represent Jewish, Muslims and Christians. This group could be used to provide a full review of any acts of violence against any Jewish or Muslim people.?There could be a completely independent assessment of any instances reported and these reports made to The United Nations. This would ensure that there is unbiased opinion in terms of any lose-lose actions by any side that then jeopardises the peace process.? ?

Caveat by the author of this.?

I have few resources, incomplete information about a region in the world I have never been to. There could be inaccuracies, incorrect conjecture, reasoning and as for the facts they have been obtained at great haste and some of the facts here I wrote and then questioned myself however left in as the urgency of the current situation requires answers and fast. Therefore, I have produced this document, best I can with the time I believe I have. Previously there have been vast resources put into attempted peace processes, years, decades and more decades that passed. I believe it's better to have an approximately produced peace roadmap that has some good concepts within it than to produce a perfectly correct document that is strategically flawed. To try and produce a peace process to what has happened and is happening requires time and time is not what there is as the ever shifting carpet of global relations in the context of this is playing out by the minute. So I have produced what I can. How this would be presentable and made public at best would require more consideration, and what's more I have not consulted with anyone in anyway that's linked to the problems in the Holy Land. I have produced this document with the knowledge that my past peace roadmaps have to a significant extent been of use. The format of thinking to write this has been similar although the conditions and the issues completely different. In all other peace roadmaps I cite having talks as the best next step and always advocate peace making via talks. In the context of this roadmap the consideration is different. it's very clear what the Palestinian people want. It's very clear the expectations of the Israeli people in terms of the security that they want. I have sought to produce a middle ground option that I believe could be workable that begins from the very first position the acknowledgement of the State of Palestine and then seeks to use that goodwill measure to mediate a more complete peace process. The hostages being held in Gaza is a major consideration for Israel and for the world. Whilst I do not know this with any form of assurance, no form of authority to be able to make this statement at all. I will make this in any case as this may be true. If there were more hostages released then there could be a softening of positions from all sides. Yet, I say at the same time. If there was the announcement of the state of Palestine to be reintroduced then that gesture could also likely be reciprocated.

What's exactly the wrong position to assume is this. That today either Israelis?or Palestinians are in a good position, they are not. Both sides are in a position which adds difficulties to there own people as well as to their allies. the situation today is a definite?lose-lose situation. From here the situation could become a larger lose-lose situation or it could have the interjection of some sort of win-win scenario to begin with.? In order to be able to have a win-win scenario to properly be crated requires that one side makes the first move towards this.

It can be cited that the release of some hostages is a blessing for these people and for the people that they represent. This is one step that can be perceived as a first small win-win. What's required is a larger win-win. The best win-win I believe could come in the form of an announcement that the war is over and that there will be the establishment of a small Palestinian state to be increased. This I believe from the information I have, observing the different positions of so many countries in the world to this issue, I do not believe that there would be any countries that should be completely opposed to this for the simple reason that populations within every country in the world whether they are Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Hindu, Buddhist?or any other religion would benefit. The reason is that if the worlds most complicated inter-religious conflict can be resolved then many of the other differences and conflicts in the world can be seemingly more able to obtain better answers, real long terms solutions.

In terms of my peace roadmap work for Russia and Ukraine. This I have been unable to progress. I found myself writing the same more or less in 26 X 20 page documents. At the time of me not writing more, there did not seem to be any answer in real terms than the re-explanation of past news and better representation of past peace making. There is however today a second possible way towards peace between Russia and Ukraine and that is to bring about a peaceful answer to the conflict in the Middle East. I cannot yet fully explain how and why a viable peace process between the two people's in the Holy Land would help another unrelated peace process, more than to say that the narrative of peace making being central to the worlds media puts peacemaking into the central position in terms of the consciousness of man. What is the central consideration in the thinking of man in one way quite often, almost always further extrapolates in other ways. So peace making in the Holy Land could actually be far more important to the world than is presently considered and no I don't have any facts, statistic to support this other than to say that last century the three largest wars ie WW1, WW2, Vietnam have not lasted as long as the time in which the world has been at war in the 21st Century. If there was a single reason to cite for these wars this century it's been the result of different beliefs.? Whilst every individual in the world has different beliefs in some or many ways to all other individuals when it comes to collective beliefs it becomes more difficult to accept that different people think differently. If there is increased effort into wanting to produce win-win from people that we do not agree with on everything then there may be enough agreement to keep the modern world functioning into the future and the problems between man can be reduced to a level that makes the issues between Man and nature less daunting to have to cope with. Whatever religion people have today, humanity as a whole progresses better for all this century via increased cooperation rather than simply competition. If societies can adapt to this way of thinking better, more completely there is the best chance and hope for the best future for all.? ? ? ?

My intention in writing all peace roadmaps which have already been representing the interests of different people from all cultures including Indigenous cultures is to try and find paths through to a better rational. Everything in the world that could go wrong still can go wrong. What is the best resource that we have to prevent that is an increased neural pathway in our thinking towards realising that win-win on a leadership level of thinking is all that's required to produce a few million win's in terms of the people, all the people that they represent. I don't have all the answers, yet if there is the thinking that there are better answers to what is currently evident then there is a realistic chance that better years and decades are possible in the world for many, most all.?

Conclusion.?

A not very good peace roadmap is better than nothing in a situation that's seemingly when considered enough hopeless as it is. A simple gesture made towards something that could be better from either side could be enough to help progress a sequence of events that do what nobody considers possible. To obtain peace, to increase peace and for all people to benefit from this peace making in the same way that all benefited from the peace making in Asia in 2017. I believe that the thinking of many countries leaders is towards wanting peace making. If the West gets good at this then I believe balance is better maintained in the world. Twenty two years of wars, we need to explore how peace making can be possible, if this is a format of thinking more then there is a chance of a better next fifty years than the past fifty years. Like in the context of the peace roadmaps for Ukraine and Russia. I do not believe that there is anything else I can include in peace roadmaps until there is progress in some form of representation of peace making.
