Be at Peace

Be at Peace

One of my first waking thoughts includes a prayer allowing me to be of service.  When I am providing a service to another (without expecting anything in return), I am less likely to obsess over my own large or small difficulties.  This keeps me in a frame of "peace" and serenity.

Am I problem free?  Absolutely not.  Doing this places me in better place, mentally, to work out my difficulties.  Does this work every day?  Oh, how I wish!  However, practice makes perfect.

Peace begins from within.  We could use more peace in our world.
