PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Why New Delhi must urgently craft a long-term strategy to win good friends. Economic and military processes are intertwined, so it is unfortunate that in India's trade and in investment policies are striking points in its ties with the democratic US and European Union.
If India is looking for alternatives to economic dependence on China in the key areas including telecom & Pharmaceuticals it could find some of them in Western democracies and Japan, South Korea, Taiwan so New Delhi should not dismiss their complaints out of hand.
India needs to show how strategic and Economic needs and interest coverage with those of friendly countries as China & the US reshape Asia's geopolitical. India's friends are more likely to aid it's rise if it crafts long term strategies and shows resolving in a structure well function economy through efficient good governance.
New Delhi should also show sound judgment in distinguishing between demanding friends and tutorial spoiler. That will certainly be its advantage and shore up its world - standing.

4 年Very knowledgeable aricle. But we should know peace and conflict studies explore a broad range of topics, such as conflict theory, this history of nonviolent protest and human rights. But this course of study also promotes the development of transferable"Soft skills" including critical thinking self-awareness, and communication.
