THE PEACE CHRIST GIVES.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."

HOLY SPIRIT, HAVE YOUR WAY.

Today, Jesus Christ offers us a precious gift – His peace. This peace transcends the artificial and conditional peace the world offers, for it is rooted in the eternal and unchanging character of our LORD.

As Jesus Christ prepared His disciples for His departure, He assured them of His lasting peace. This peace would not merely provide temporary relief but would guard their hearts and minds against trouble and fear. It is a peace that calms the raging storms within, a peace that defies all negative circumstances.

Christ's peace is a powerful force that can and will transform our lives. It motivates us to action, empowering us to step out in faith and boldly pursue God's purposes, even in the face of adversity. As we embrace this peace, we must let go of our worries and anxieties, trusting in the One who holds our future in His capable hands.

This peace also plants hope and assurance in our hearts. It reminds us that no matter what trials or challenges we face, our LORD GOD IS with us, and His peace will sustain us. We can rest in the knowledge that He has overcome the world and that nothing can separate us from His love.

Moreover, Christ's peace increases our love for Him and for one another. As we experience the depth of His peace, our hearts overflow with gratitude and affection for the One who has given us such an invaluable gift. This love then spills over into our relationships, as we seek to share the peace of Christ with those around us.

Finally, this peace strengthens our faith and spiritual well-being. It affirms that our God is in control and that His purposes will prevail.

So, let us embrace the peace of Christ, allowing it to permeate every aspect of our lives. Let it be our refuge, our strength, and our source of joy, even in the midst of life's storms.
