P&DG secure planning permission for Nottingham Trent University at the Brackenhurst Campus

Planning and Design Group (P&DG) has recently secured planning permission for additional residence at the Brackenhurst Campus for NTU. The new residential blocks are required to meet existing and future demand for on-Campus accommodation. The new buildings will provide up to 200 additional bedrooms, within 6,060 sqm of gross floorspace. These additional campus residences will support NTU’s acknowledged intention to increase student numbers at Brackenhurst. The campus residences are part of an ongoing programme of Campus improvements and fundamental to the wider strategy and key ambition to promote the social, economic and educational development of both the University and the wider District.
