PDCA - Fast Learning Cycles
PDCA (PLAN - DO - CHECK - ADJUST)
PDCA cycle helps agile team learn efficiently by decreasing the time between action and effect. The team quickly learn what went wrong by receiving feedback from stakeholders as soon as possible. By having feedback early, team developing MVP understand why it doesn't feasible in real world.
In addition, by pivoting team reduce the cost of risk-taking to deliver in one go rather progress incrementally towards business goal.
Due to early feedback, each sprint team reduces waste time and invest in productive development practices such as test automation.
The shorter the cycles, the faster the learning. Improvement comes through synchronization of design loops and faster learning cycle.
