FINAL SEATS: Best Practice Psychosocial Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Zoom Webinar

***Get in quick to secure one of the final free seats for Thursday’s webinar***

On the back of new psychosocial WHS regulations in Australia, there is no escaping employer obligations to identify the psychosocial hazards that have the potential to impact workers, and implement appropriate controls to manage risk of harm.

Far from being an imposition, this should be perceived as an opportunity for organisations to craft work that is good for workers and good for business. To realise this benefit however, people and safety professionals require different methods and tools than those with which they may be accustomed. These tools and approaches are being iterated at rapid speed as an increasing number of organisations commence and mature their psychosocial risk management journeys.

In this free* and interactive webinar, hear from two subject matter experts from FlourishDx where they will share the evolving practice of psychosocial hazard identification and risk assessment including:

  • How to use existing data sources to identify psychosocial hazards
  • Why does exposure to individual and multiple hazards matter?
  • How to determine risk from employee consultation
  • Methods for classifying risk and prioritising risk controls
  • How to determine the ROI of risk reduction activities before taking action (that can stand up to CFO scrutiny!).

REPLAY VOTE: Psychosocial Risk Management in Large and Complex Organisations Zoom Webinar

***The vote is in, the first replay topic for 2024 will be delivered on 14 March***

It can be difficult to understand psychosocial hazard exposure and manage risks effectively in large and complex organisations. New regulations and codes of practices in Australia mean that all organisations must consult with staff and address risks with controls that address the design and management of work (rather than simply expecting workers to practice better self-care).

In this free* and interactive workshop for internal people and safety professionals, we will:

  • Unpack known legislative requirements and how they can be addressed at scale
  • Discuss how to consult with staff in time efficient ways that reduce operational impact
  • Learn how to consult with workers with differing levels of literacy and accessibility needs
  • Develop actions that control hazards and create oversight at a global level to ensure actions get implemented at a team level
  • Embed into business as usual (not another app!)
  • Meet local and international requirements for worker confidentiality and data privacy

This session will be highly practical and leave you with not just knowledge, but tools and resources to help you meet regulated requirements for psychosocial risk management. Time will be allocated for Q&A with two subject matter experts from FlourishDx.
