PBI Sports Launches NCAA Coach Search Practice

PBI Sports & Entertainment is very excited to officially launch its new practice, NCAA Coach Search, specifically established to assist Athletic Directors in recruiting and ultimately hiring the best Coaches available for all NCAA sports.

Neil Glasberg, PBI Sports President & CEO, explains the connection between his Pro Coach agency and the NCAA Search practice, as follows, "we have organically grown our specialized focus on placing pro coaches to now include opportunities at the NCAA level. Extending what we do well in the pro game adds loads of value to Athletic Directors who have typically been providing search mandates to Executive Search firms. Glasberg goes on to say, "Executive search firms focus on corporate leadership roles but are not connected nor established within the daily world of sports coaches, and as a result, have a tough time understanding the psyche, mindset and true personality profile when sourcing and presenting coaching candidates."
