Payroll Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for the correct calculation of the monthly remunerations and related with them taxes and deductions (e.g. bonuses, taxable fringe benefits, etc.)
• Consults employees in regards with their remuneration 
• Responsible to export from time keeping system hours, leaves, annual paid leaves (PTO) and validate data is accurate.
• Follows and checks the presence forms, worked hours and compensations together with the line managers.
• Follows up the changes in the labor and social insurance legislation and is responsible for its timely implementation in aspect of the performed by him/her obligations.
• Consults employees in regards with their remuneration.
• Supports HR Department in the administration process of the personnel – related to preparation of labor contracts, additional agreements, labor books, certificates, etc. 
• Preparation. maintenance and filing of all legal returns and declarations to government institutions
• Additional responsibilities will include participation in engagements related to business advisory services, risk management, internal control, and internal audit.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience is needed as we are looking for some who has excellent knowledge of payroll but also can handle separate HR projects
• Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor Code Law
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines
• Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• English B1
• Positive and open-minded attitude
• Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
