 In your new position, you take over the following areas of responsibility:

  • Execution of on-time payroll
  • Maintenance of personnel master data, in particular editing of entry and Exit processes
  • Contact persons for employees, health insurance companies and authorities
  • Acquisition of certification and reporting
  • Continuous optimization and standardization of processes

 

Your profile:

  • Higher education in business administration or a degree in commercial education and comparable qualifications
  • Experience in payroll accounting
  • Knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labour law
  • DATEV knowledge salary and salary desirable
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications (in use in the Excel)
  • Careful working methods, a strong organisational talent and Understanding numbers
  • You must speak German and English B1 or above.
  • Experience with AUG procedures and protocols desired.
