Payoneer Global Managers' Event: A Spectacular Four-Day Experience

Our team had the incredible opportunity to manage and deliver an unforgettable offsite event for Payoneer managers from around the world. Hosted in the picturesque setting of Windsor, this four-day conference was a blend of strategic sessions, engaging activities, and celebratory moments.

Setting the Stage: Building from Scratch

We took on the challenge of constructing a tent from scratch on the hotel lawn, transforming it into a hub for the event’s activities. This space became the heart of our two evening events:

Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner: The first night saw a glamorous award ceremony and gala dinner. The stage was set with unique entertainment content highlighting Payoneer's global presence and achievements.

1970s Disco-Themed Dance Party: The second evening event was a vibrant closing dance party, featuring a 1970s Disco theme that had everyone on their feet.

Engaging Activities: The Amazing Race

One of the highlights of the event was the Amazing Race-style activity. We divided the 220 attendees into groups of four and had 55 branded black cabs ready to take them on an exciting adventure. Each group was provided with a tablet outlining a series of tasks, guiding their journey across various locations for three hours. This activity fostered team-building and showcased the beautiful surroundings of Windsor.

Branded Experience: From Stationery to Pop-Up Store

Upon arrival, attendees were greeted with a pop-up store in the foyer, stocked with branded stationery such as notebooks, post-its, pens, and papers. These items were not only useful throughout the conference but also served as memorable keepsakes from the event.

Uniting Through Performance

The event kicked off with a unique and interactive performance on stage. This custom segment encouraged collaboration between the audience and the musical performers, setting an engaging and energetic tone for the days to come.
