Who Am I?
My name is Sheldon Payne, and I'm the President of Newfound Marketing. With over 20 years in the marketing industry, I've had the privilege of working with numerous clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies like Chevrolet and Hewlett Packard, helping them achieve their marketing goals and scale to new heights.
In addition to my professional journey, I am deeply invested in personal productivity, entrepreneurial ventures, and leadership development. My mission is to share actionable insights and strategies that can help you succeed in these areas.

Struggling to stay focused? The Pomodoro Technique might be just what you need. Break your work into 25-minute intervals (Pomodoros) followed by a short break. This method can help enhance concentration and prevent burnout.
Personally, I'll use my phone or watch to set up my Pomodoros.
