Paying it Forward - Amazon Gift style

Recently, I was awarded for managing a complex digital engagement from requirements till final implementation. 

While, it really felt great that the efforts were being acknowledged in a positive manner - there was still something nagging. Luckily for me a chance conversation with another colleague gave me a hint.

Just as when any sportsman wins an award he/she thanks  their coaches, fellow players, family, etc - I realized that the true owner of the award was the collective team that worked seamlessly behind the curtains.
