#Paychex proud moment! I received an email from a very satisfied CPA. She stepped in to help a client with their payroll and has needed quite a bit of help from our service team. Today, she called the same Client Service Rep, Erin Stowe, six different times in one day and was afraid she was being annoying.
The CPA was awesome for sending me an email telling me how great Erin Stowe was. I forwarded the compliment to Erin, her team and the supervisors. The result was an amazing string of emails patting Erin on the back for a job well done. Multiple team members congratulated her. The leadership team thanked her. I thanked her.... But what was MOST impressive was her response to the kudos. Read on....
"You know I keep getting these praises and I just want to say something and be honest.
I truly LOVE my job. I have worked retail and retail banking for most of my career and this is truly a blessing. I know times can get rough for all of us with dealing with clients and such, but it’s kind of understandable! We are dealing with their employees money along with their taxes and everything that we do for them, it’s a big deal! I do not want my checks getting messed with!
You guys provide amazing work/life balance as well. I truly feel valued as an employee and not just another employee number who is just here to bide time until retirement. (Gosh I hope that’s in my cards LOL)
And to all of you supervisors and superiors, thank you! You guys are true assets! I would NOT have made it without all of you, and I know my colleagues feel the same.
We all can have our moments, but knowing we have a TEAM makes life a WHOLE lot better!"
