I always get asked about pay & work-life balance. Specifically, how it varies in & after leaving consulting.

By industry. By function. By seniority. Freelance vs perm etc.

So in January this year, I decided to do something about it. And shared a mission...

Mission:

To build you - my network - a free, interactive website tool to benchmark careers in and after consulting. Worldwide.

Progress:

To make this happen, I'm crowd sourcing support. And, together, we're making great progress. So far, 3,126 of you have already joined in - thank you so much.
