We’re looking for a fully qualified accountant (a background in Audit is advantageous) with experience in financial reporting requirements and audit processes gained in industry.

?? Senior Finance Business Partner, Bournemouth, £75k to £85k, Hybrid

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this role will lead a team of two analysts, providing strategic financial support and analysis

?? Change Management Lead, Guildford, £70k to £80k, Hybrid

This role will organise and maintain customer credit applications, assess risk factors, and monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received before due dates wherever possible.


?? Latest News: Pay rises outpace inflation

New data from the ONS shows that annual pay growth, excluding bonuses, rose to 5.9% from October to December, up from 5.6%. Private sector earnings increased by 6.2%, while the public sector saw a 4.7% rise.

With inflation at 2.5% in December and expected to rise due to higher energy and water bills, the real value of pay growth remains a hot topic. Earlier this month, the Bank of England cut interest rates to 4.5% from 4.75%, which could influence future salary trends.
