So next time when you hire someone you should ask them this .

Can your past experience bring clients or create business for our company . let's see what you learnt in last internships/jobs and how good they were . Let's see if you can bring monetary benefits . if you can do it for my company i won't mind hiring you .?

I said it to someone while hiring . It literally triggered a candidate . I don't know how much ethical and socially correct i am here .But the cut throat competition requires the best of best . You might say Oh ! it's not there work or his work or her work . But the TEA is the same .it will be made with the same ingredients you may add on things to your own TASTE . All in all , my conclusion according to my perspective is if we hire people for the company whose worth is proven , worthy or is ready to prove the worth. A Candidate like this defenitly knows his job well .
