Pay by Invoice Press Release
Bridging the gap in business-to-business ticketing and expanding ticket sellers’ multi-buy and multi-sell capacity, Eventcube releases new pay by invoice feature. An addition to the platform’s diverse payment channels, pay-by-invoice aims to improve the ticketing experience of conference organisers by allowing them to sell tickets directly to businesses instead of individuals.
Industry-wide conferences attract thousands of attendees from various organisations. It's not uncommon for businesses to purchase tickets in bulk, sponsoring the attendance of its leaders and top decision-makers. Given the structure of B2B conferences, organisers can streamline its billing process by invoicing businesses through their own accounting system with the assistance of Eventcube's new pay by invoice feature.
How it works:?
When a ticket buyer or business chooses to pay by invoice, they need to fill out a form with the company’s billing details. An order is created in the Eventcube system but tickets are temporarily blocked until you send an invoice and confirms payment for it.?
Once paid, you can update the order status from “invoice sent” to “invoice paid”. At which point, Eventcube sends out its standard email with the tickets to the event.?
