As kick off 2025, we’re excited to look back and share some highlights from a successful year at BONDI Energy. We have worked hard to enhance the health and longevity of our clients' assets, while continuing to expand across North America.?
BONDI LEADING THE FUEL SWITCHING TRANSITION
This year, we successfully completed a landmark fuel-switching project at 723 Bloor St. West, with DREAM Unlimited Corp. With support from the Deep Retrofit Challenge, we transformed the 104-year-old building by installing all-electric Daikin Aurora air-source heat pumps, replacing outdated gas boilers, and increasing its electrical capacity with the utility provider.

BONDI BAS
This year marked the launch of BONDI's Heat Pump Building Automation System (BAS), which has been successfully installed in multifamily buildings in New York and Ontario. Our BAS allows owners to manage units with greater granularity, while avoiding the use of tenants WIFI and messy wires. Stay tuned for our upcoming case studies showcasing the results in the new year!
BONDI WATER
BONDI Water provides innovative water monitoring and conservation technologies. This year, we assisted 15 multifamily buildings in conserving water and cutting costs, providing financial benefits and peace of mind to property owners.
