The things that bring us deep joy are rarely bought.

Even if it's an expensive gift, the expression of thoughtful love behind the gift is what releases our joy.

Therefore, the act of pausing to notice something that brings us deep joy is truly invaluable. Its ripples can’t help but spread.

So, let’s give ourselves and each other the opportunity to pause and share joy this week.

Because our world needs this more than ever.

Pause. See differently. Re-story…

~ Yesterday, seeing the lake full of water in the late afternoon sunshine brought me deep joy, as did the antics of the little grebes.
