Pausing The Game of Life...

In our fast paced lives, the last few weeks of the year is a time where it is culturally acceptable to take time off. It's a great opportunity to spend time with loved ones, recharge our batteries, have fun and reflect on the year that is ending. As I write this, it feels like that is a lot of important stuff to do before we rev our engines and start the new year!

In this weeks confession, I share one of my annual practices and some of the lessons learned for reflecting on the year that is ending and setting my intentions for the upcoming year.

Here are the Reflective Questions I use for you to consider answering.

Wishing you a happy, healthy & prosperous 2024!
