As we continue our "How To Start Saying No" series, I'm excited to keep this conversation rolling and dive even deeper into this journey with you.


Reflect on this week:?

  • Have you had any “Aha” moments or small victories when it comes to saying "No"? Be sure to celebrate those wins, no matter how small they may seem.
  • Take a moment to think about how you've handled situations where saying "No" was necessary. Any interesting insights to share?


Suggested activity: Visit your local Costco on samples day. When offered a sample, reply “No, but thank you for asking”. Repeat this at each table until your reply feels easier and more natural to you.?

  • Have your beliefs around saying “No” changed since you started this series? In what ways?
  • How can we continue to create a supportive community, both online and offline, that respects each other's boundaries?
