6 年Very interesting podcast from Paul. Human Factors are well recognised in aviation regarding accidents/incidents. However we don’t give enough consideration to how our lifestyles affect our physical and mental wellbeing. This study, which Paul is basically doing in his spare time, is badly needed and will hopefully start a conversation round this issue. I would encourage all pilots to fill in this study.

6 年I found this episode of the podcast to be very, very interesting.? I believe that the concerns raised to be very much relative to workers in many or all other sectors.??

6 年This one makes a deep impression. Paul shows the real lesson of the Germanwings tragedy of 2015: a lack of attention for all the sources of stress in the aviation industry. Mental health is a much bigger issue than this single incident. Thanks for sharing!
