In the market realm we travers through, finding a twenty year old with dedication, phenomenal work ethic, and massive amounts of courage, is like trying to find the mythical unicorn. But I'm here to tell you they exist! This guys has got a lot of screen time on the internet in the last year. This picture has grown legs on the internet for certain. But why? Why does Turner Mining Group throw this guys pic around so much? The reason is simply this, without a doubt Patton Deischer epitomizes the ethics, passion, and dedication we are looking for in every Turner Mining Group employee. In my lifetime I have never worked with a person with such integrity and heart to see things move forward in a big way.

Why does Patton throw so much effort into what he does for us? Patton see's the worth behind the vision. He knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are building far more than a mining company. We are building a revolution, and revolutions are built on a winning mentality and 100% dedication. To him, this isn't a job, it's a calling.

No young person throws such heart and soul into anything, if they don't believe in it all the way. I am proud to work with such a forward thinking, dedicated young man. I have watched him grow and adapt. I have witnessed first hand his passion and dedication toward maintaining the vision and culture we hope to build in a very competitive industry. Patton is a fighter for our boots on the ground striving to insure we are making things better for them. He strives for more in production and efficiency. Patton continues to swing the sword of Turner Mining Group in the face of long hours, constant coast to coast travel, too much fast food, and heavy production demands.

As you all know if you follow me on LinkedIn, this dragon slayer is getting a little long in the tooth. However, I still remember the older guys discounting me for my age. I remember having to prove myself beyond my generation, so for me, Patton is a breath of fresh air. To see such young blood steadfastly striving for more, mustering courage to hold even the "powers that be" accountable to our core company values, gives me hope in not only the future of this company, but his generation.
