The reasons ranged from financial setbacks to unexpected life events creating unplanned expenses. He empathized with their situations and this became the trend for subsequent months. As invoices went unpaid, Caleb's initial enthusiasm started to wane, and the construction site's vibrancy was replaced by uncertainty.Payment delays had a ripple effect – subcontractors were affected, materials were delayed, and the project's momentum waned. The project's timeline became a patchwork of stops and starts. Caleb found himself juggling financial constraints, frustrated sub-contractors, and the weight of unmet expectations.

This became a huge contractual dispute that was taken to court and stalled for months. Overtime, he became bankrupt and left the industryto venture into agriculture. Ever since, he advises upcoming proprietors in the construction industry to find something better to do.
