Mark,a seasoned project manager with a penchant for ambitious ventures, came a cross an unprecedented misfortune.His latest assignment was to oversee the construction of XYZ Tower, a monumental skyscraper set to redefine the city's skyline. The project brought together a team of skilled Professionals and Builders.Amidst the hustle and bustle of the construction site, an undercurrent of silence began to weave its web.

The Engineers designed intricate support systems, the Architects conceptualized innovative layouts, and the workers labored tirelessly. Yet, communication among the various teams was minimal, each working within their domains without sharing crucial insights. Site meetings,inspections,online chats or emails seemed not to be familiar to them.

As the tower's construction progressed, cracks began to appear in its foundation. Misaligned beams, incompatible materials, and workmanship deficiencies plagued the project. Each team's isolated efforts had led to a disjointed structure that teetered on the brink of disaster. As concerns grew, Mark initiated an emergency meeting that brought all teams together. The truth unfolded like a painful revelation; Engineers had designed systems that conflicted with the Architects' plans, while construction workers struggled with material shortages due to poor planning.
