Patients like stories not services | TW#36

Is your website a long list of services and qualifications? It’s harsh but people get as excited about that as a Friday night A&E queue.

Think about it:

- Are you another "friendly neighbourhood dentist" or the one they remember once the numbness wears off?

- What's your unique superpower? Your origin story? The reason you became the tooth fairy's worst nightmare?

When your story is more human & genuine, patients will be less concerned with who does it cheapest and who throws in vivera retainers.

No-one remembers the Moon landing's orbital mechanics, but "one small step" is tattooed on our collective memory.
