A Patient's Journey

In twenty twenty-four, where health meets fight,

A patient’s voice finds strength, takes flight.

In waiting rooms and endless lines,

They seek what’s fair, what rights define.

Through policies penned with unseen hands,

We navigate these healthcare lands.

For some, the cost’s a burdened weight,

For others, answers come too late.

Yet voices rise—strong, clear, and bright,

In advocacy, a patient’s right.

We press for change, for equity’s call,

For care that’s true and serves us all.

The system bends but often breaks,

Leaving lives at risk, with much at stake.

Yet united, we’re a force, a tide,

In health’s pursuit, we will not hide.

To every advocate, every plea,

You’re the change we fight to see.

In halls of power, voices loud,

For every patient, head held proud.

In twenty twenty-four and beyond the veil,

Together we march; together we heal!
