Good things come to those who wait. No joke. Even in this speed-addicted world.

To be less miserable, dare to get less popular by slowing down, waiting, and exercising patience.

Patience is essential to daily life, and it might be your key to a happier life.

Having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of frustration or adversity. Since we are surrounded by tons of frustration, stressed out people, and constant reminders of hurry, we have the opportunity to practice patience with exactly those situations.

Religions and philosophers have long praised the virtue of patience. But today's society only holds such beliefs when supported by solid evidence.
