The Path to your Purpose: From Frustrated to Fulfilled in 4 Steps

The Path to your Purpose: From Frustrated to Fulfilled in 4 Steps

In the second half of 2017?I began to drive my poor husband (almost) to the point of despair as I spent months on end pacing up and down the floor of our living room demanding his thoughts on my latest plan for how I was going to spend the rest of my life.?

?

I had a well-paid job as a Creative Director at a digital agency but I was bored out of my mind and spent most of my days in a state of mild to moderate panic. Digital was really not my world and I really did not know what I was doing. I wasted so much energy worrying about when I was going to be found out and started to dread calls with clients - who I’m pretty sure were wise to the fact that I was totally out of my depth!?

?

I was desperate to make a change. I knew that there was something much more fulfilling I could be doing with my time and my creative talents, I just did not know what that thing was.

?

After one ‘they-know-I’ve-totally-blagged-this-presentation’ too many, I decided I’d had enough. It was time to get busy brainstorming. My husband was assigned the role of chief sounding board and I got to work writing ‘the brief’ for my dream life.

?

However, trying to figure it out on my own was not the best idea I’ve ever had - and I pride myself on my good ideas!

?

I bounced so many ideas off my poor husband his head started to spin. And I started to get more and more frustrated with both him and myself as the ‘winning idea’ continued to elude me and my job continued to suck the life out of me.?

?

I could feel my soul withering like a hydrangea in a heatwave.

?

It was taking its toll on my mental health, my physical health (my exercise routine went out the window), and my husband (who usually has endless patience with me) was starting to dread the words ‘what about…’ followed by my latest business idea or plan for Brand Jude.?

?

I was a terrible mum/friend/daughter/sister. I was so consumed by how unhappy and mentally exhausted I was there was just nothing left to give to anyone else. And I hated this. I am someone who loves to help, support and nurture, and my relationships are incredibly important to me, so feeling like I was letting people down was something I felt truly awful about.

?

I felt like I was stuck in a version of my life that I did not recognise. It wasn’t my story, I wasn’t with my people and I had no idea who I was as the central character.

?

The trouble with trying to figure this out on our own (or with an endlessly patient partner) is that we are too close to our own trees (the frustrations, overwhelm and all-consuming details) in order to be able to see the wood (the bigger vision for the life we truly WANT to be living) effectively.

?

It takes an outside eye and someone who is skilled in guiding you to the answers you’re looking for to really start seeing progress. Those answers are absolutely already there, we’re just not very good at uncovering them by ourselves. We get too caught up in the drama! And thus the cycle of frustration continues and we wonder if the light at the end of the tunnel is ever going to appear… or has someone disconnected the switch? ??

?

If any of this resonates then I would love you to?join my free workshop?- The Path to your Purpose: From Frustration to Fulfilment in 4 Simple Steps.

?

I’ll be covering the powerful and life changing process I use to help clients figure out what the next exciting, joyful, creative, fulfilling chapter of their lives might look like and how to start making it happen.

?

We’ll talk about:

?? Why you feel like you’re stuck in a life that is not the one you signed up for! (hint - it’s never too late.)

?

?? How to get crystal clear on what it is you really want to do with your life - even if you have absolutely no idea at the moment (hint - you actually do know already, you just haven’t given yourself permission yet!)

?

?? You’ll learn how to identify your core values and the impact it can have on your mental health when you are not honouring those values (hint - it’s not good).

?

?? You’ll learn about my PACI (Positive and Creative Intelligence) method for how to identify who is on your Saboteur Squad - those annoying and seemingly?ever-present voices in your head that keep telling you why something is not possible, not for you, or a terrible idea (hint - they don’t get to run the show anymore).

?

?? You’ll learn how to embrace your Sage - the true you, the joyful, fulfilled and successful you, the version of you that has the confidence to make powerful, conscious decisions that will keep you moving forward with ease and a sense of purpose (hint - this is the game-changer!).

?

? You’ll learn how to start taking Inspired Action - no matter how small the step, each one builds momentum and proves to your brain that you really are serious about changing your life (hint - your brain gets on board and you start becoming aware of opportunities and synergies you might otherwise have missed).

?

? You’ll be reminded that ANYTHING is possible for you (it truly truly is) with the right energy, mindset, support, belief and the magic of creative thinking!?

?

This workshop is designed to help you get going on Operation Transformation. We get one shot at this beautiful life and my mission is to support as many people as I possibly can to live it in glorious technicolour.?

?

You CAN rewrite your story. You CAN wake up tomorrow and decide that you are now in charge of your own destiny, your own happiness, your own fulfilment.

?

You CAN decide you’re going to take the first brave and bold step by signing up to the workshop and opening your mind and your heart to what’s possible for you.?
