There is a ton of value in this read. Thank you for sharing. I believe the hardest part for most, myself included in not knowing where to start. Starting from the ground floor often means many months of research, trying to piece together everyones take. By the time youve wrapped your head around the basic fundamentals of their process's youve learned very little in the ways of how. The consultants are great at giving away the WHAT, and WHY, but where they make their money is on the HOW. This is where you come into your value, learning the HOW and providing the systems youve created to clear the clutter.
