Patent Approved

Hemp Sense Inc and Lyall Bates now have 4 patents approved in the USA, Patent No: 10,213,788 B2 has been approved for the USA and is a patent pending that has been filed in Canada, This patent is a method for separating the buds and leaves from the hemp stocks. Lyall Bates also has a patent pending filed in 2018 in the USA and Canada which is a method for cutting the tops meaning the buds and leaves off hemp stocks, either done with a stripper header or any type of a cutting header. Then the tops are transported to a dryer where the tops are dried down to than have the CBD oils extraction done.
