CEO of SureVision Global, Nicholas Ebbeck is convinced that Cummins will be an influential business executive… “To be clear, this association is a significant and well-researched investment made by Pat into a business with strong growth prospects.” Ebbeck was impressed by Cummins insights and acumen during the due diligence process. “Pat underwent thorough due diligence before making the decision to join SureVision. We had a few meaningful conversations, and pleasingly, quickly found alignment in our thinking. He was particularly interested in the SureVision Out-of- Home offering and the broader business strategy. I am excited by Pats involvement in the business and I’m confident that his skillset will be a great asset for our management team.”
A management buy-out in January this year provided the opportunity for Cummins to invest in SureVision. Cummins is one of a select group of high-net-worth investors who have re-capitalised the SureVision business. The new ownership structure brings experience and pedigree, a strong balance sheet and a renewed purpose and alignment to the digital screen business.
Cummins is looking forward to his new role with SureVision “I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to SureVision across ANZ. I am keen to learn more about elements of the business but am also confident I can add quite a bit of value through my experiences and networks.”
