A small kitten had somehow gotten in the underground conduit system and wound up near a conduit in our vault, we heard it in distress, and called Tammy Harrington for help, she had a very competent five man crew out within the hour, they were here the better part of the day coming up with new idea after new idea on how to rescue the kitten, as no one had seen that problem before, success around 2 pm.  Great job!
