Waldorf Astoria?is looking for a Pastry Chef?to join the team at our stunning?Beverly Hills?hotel! Amazing opportunity to work under French Master Chef, Steve Benjamin and join?one of the world's largest hospitality companies?as well as?one of the most diverse and renowned restaurant groups in the world!

This luxurious, Forbes 5-Star property has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets.?This includes Jean-Georges Restaurant, The Rooftop by JG, Lobby Lounge, and In-Room Dining -?this is Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first restaurant on the west coast bringing a French American cuisine prepared with organic and locally sourced ingredients.

In this role, you will?oversee the hotel's pastry department managing a team of 8+ and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.?

The ideal candidate will be an excellent culinarian and leader with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and the ability to drive and inspire creativity and innovation. This individual must thrive in high-volume, fine dining operations. At least three (3) years experience as a Pastry Chef with a background in luxury hotels is required. Prior union experience is a plus.
