This could be a great opportunity for Latin American chefs to obtain international culinary experience working in a top-notch hotel culinary operation.
We are looking to hire the following positions for one of busiest and biggest Hotel properties on the Island of Aruba in the South Caribbean:
SOUS CHEF (Chef de Cuisine in charge of a Restaurant supervising 5 to 6 Restaurant cooks)
· Spanish speaking, with good understanding of English
· ‘Single traveling’
· Must have strong recent experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high Volume Hotel operation and be updated on culinary trends and technics.
· ‘Good leadership, hands-on, great organizational and team building skills
· Updated on culinary trends and technics
Offer:
· USD 2500.00 NET (tax free)
· Quarterly bonus between 15% and 23% of salary (USD 1100.00 NET and 1700.00 NET every three months)
· Yearly bonus of up to 100% of salary (USD 2500.00 NET per year)
· Flight, visa, health insurance, additional vacation pay
Because of the elaborate work permit process in Aruba, the candidate should be able to wait 5 or 6 months after a contract has been signed in order to be able to start.

PASTRY CHEF (Supervising 10 pastry and bakery staff)
· Spanish speaking, with good understanding of English
· Must have been in charge of a Pastry production kitchen of a considerable seize Hotel
· ‘Single traveling’
· Must have strong recent experience as PASTRY CHEF of a Hotel operation and Pastry and Bakery production. Candidate must have knowledge of large volume Bread making, sugar art work, Chocolate art work, Pastillage art work, good plating skills up to date with modern trends, experience with Buffet pastry setups and themed setups
· ‘Good leadership, hands-on, great organizational and team building skills
Offer:
· USD 3100.00 NET (tax free)
· Quarterly bonus between 15% and 23% of quarterly salary (USD 1400.00 NET and 2100.00 NET every three months)
· Yearly bonus of up to 100% of salary (USD 3100.00 NET per year)
· Flight, visa, health insurance, additional vacation pay
