Pastorel In f For Organ By Thomas R. Schadl
Thomas Schadl
Organist and Music Director at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church In Newmarket, Ontario
Pastorel In F For Organ Having been influenced by Paul Hindemith’s (1895-1963) second movement of his Sonata II for organ, my piece is generally quiet in nature and contains imitative passages. Excitement starts to build up to the mf volume level before the piece ends quietly. Organists of all levels of education and experience may play Pastorel In F for recital purposes or for devotional use. They may choose organ registrations that suit their tastes and the tempo indications are suggestions only. Enjoy my work.
