…however, Helvetica Property Investors continues to protect investors’ capital through long term vision, sound strategy and excellent execution capabilities.

In 2007 we initiated the first fund allowing Norwegian investors to get exposure to the Swiss Real Estate Market while raising CHF 140 million equity from investors. During the Financial Crises, we slowed down the investment activities to protect investors capital allowing the investor to capitalize on lower interest rates.

In the December 20, 2010 edition of Dagens N?ringsliv, the pink Financial newspaper listed our Fund and its feeder funds as the best performing real estate funds.

In 2014 we managed to keep our promise and successfully divested the fund within the fund’s lifetime returning a 30% “net net” Fund profit to the investors despite the economic recession.

Makes me proud.
