We all know or think we know what it takes in today’s business world to be extremely successful. You don’t or you should rethink this. In software, applications and the technology world you need to have far more reaching skills and prior real life experiences to ever get to the level that can deliver Real-Time results. A vast array of technologies you might have worked with in the past will not continue to carry you into the next generation of visionaries and powerful solutions needed by so many industries and companies. At the same time, you need to check your ego at the front door and be ready for an attitude adjustment and awareness alert.

Companies today only want the very best and the ones with both a W2 with large numbers and a knowledgebase that can compete on any level. Where do you find the answers and what do you do to gain experience and success?

As a Software Sales Executive, I feel you need to open your eyes and reach for the stars in every aspect of Sales Automation and Bleeding Ledge Technology. You must look at areas such as (IoT, AI, BigData, New Storage Solutions, Cloud in all forms, Mobile Apps., and powerful Predictive Analytics. If you gain experience in these areas, you are entering the zone for which clients and customer have the highest interest levels and do not always know how or where to deploy them. Experience in these Solutions provides the roadmap to everything else. 

Then comes your mind filled with ideas and feelings about your position or title within any of the most powerful companies and startup ventures. You can no longer stand on old thinking and previously built attitudes. You must bring you’re A game every day, yet be totally open to routine model changes and required skills and Knowledge. You are no longer in control of your own Universe but more of a collaboration built on New Ideas, New Technologies and New Solutions that take companies to the next level. 

So, in the end, open your mind to the latest software, applications and the next advancements in technology and services. At the same time leave your attitudes in check and always be open to change and New Adventures. The way to WIN today is know your customer, know your solutions, know your competition and know how to make a real impact in your client’s business while managing a powerful portfolio best of breed offerings that open doors, creative opportunities and empower client that dream big!
