Framing.  is progressing nicely on Rhode Island's newest Passive House. It is sited on a beautiful pond, with a southern exposure to provide us with some of that free winter heating energy. The builder on the project is simply awesome to work with. The client is extraordinarily committed to the project. Not only will the house achieve Passive House Certification, the homeowner is committed to a right sized PV system that will provide a Net Zero label also. In addition we will be installing one of the first Sonnen Battery Systems in the country to provide added resiliency. Great project - great team!!! Big shout out to my Huber friends - I know you're liking the green....
