Passionate Performance

A passionate person has very strong feelings about something or a strong belief in something. It refers to someone who has intense feelings on some topic, whether it is devotion to an ideology, love and or romantic feeling, associated with someone or to some cultural passion.

In a work setting organizations communicate a purpose, vision, mission and values that provides path to perform. Apart from this, the passionate employees should have taken the initiative to engage the hearts of their team so they will develop a passion for their work. When people are engaged in their work and feel a deep connection to it, they deliver passionate performance.

Passionate Performance creates satisfied customers, and ultimately value for the organization. Think of the times you have spent for your own leisure, may be a long drive, shopping or visiting to some love one, passionately a totally different feeling of association prevails while the associates who accompanied during this time they also enthusiast and actually seemed attached with your feeling of happiness. That’s the beginning of a value chain that starts with engagement and liberating passion.

Some people are naturally engaged in their work and consistently deliver Passionate Performance. The most effective leaders learn how to bring these qualities out in everyone. They invest time, energy and resources to engage their people because engaged employees are more likely to deliver the best to create competitive advantage to its peak.

So, my dear colleagues don’t wait for your organization to communicate a purpose that your team can latch onto. Take the initiative now to engage the hearts of your team so they will develop a passion for their work. Be bold, Step-back and look at the big picture i.e. performance delivery through passionate employees.
