PASSION works better at HUAWEI

My name is Alexandru Ghita , and I joined Huawei in 2015 as an engineer in a young and very dynamic environment.

Since 18 years of age, I’ve been working as an engineer and have been fortunate enough to experience many cultures and build up my skill set over time in different companies. Along the way, mostly in Huawei Enterprise Romania, I got experience and became a certified team leader in the field of intelligent vision and cloud computing.

I have been working with and learning about technology for almost 20 years, and I am very passionate about connecting people and empowering them with innovative solutions. I can say that I’ve achieved a milestone here at Huawei, a global leader in information and communications technology. I have led and built technical support teams for telecom, surveillance, internet, and cloud services, delivering premium support for large and complex environments. I have also designed and edited reports and forms for daily KPI monitoring, using Power BI, and created and improved internal procedures and SOPs.

As technology never stands still, I am in a continuous learning cycle, and I am currently undergoing courses for Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. Moreover, being passionate about music production and sound engineering, mixing, and mastering, I can say that my engineer job helped me to innovate my passion and to bring it to another level through the applied technology I’ve learned at Huawei.

Mixing and mastering audio, which is my hobby, involves making sure that no single element overpowers others and that each instrument or vocal sits well within the mix. Moreover, this task requires a blend of artistic sensibility, technical expertise (which, as a fun fact, I gained at Huawei and I would have never thought could be possible), and an acute ear for detail.

I truly believe that the impact of technology should be measured by how many people can benefit from it, and I strive to make connectivity a necessity, not a privilege.
