Passion

Passion

I don't believe in career planning. Planning can be cunning and therefor rational behavior. Do what you want to do most and go for it. Don't hold back and give it your everything. This ambition will make your career. Doesn't matter if you are a CEO, baker or bus driver. You can always tell when people love their job. They make you smile and feel welcome and even want you to come back as a customer, regardless of the extra price because you know that they will go the extra mile. Forget about Service training and customer satisfaction seminars; you either have it or you don't. You cannot teach somebody to care. Forget about work stress and looking for a balance between personal and professional life; you are in control because you only do it as long as you like it. With this attitude you can never go wrong. As far as I am concerned authenticity is therefor the number one value for success. Once you have to fake your way through life, job or love, it will bite you in the tail. So be angry! be an asshole! be tenacious! be happy! But most of all be yourself. Merry Christmas
