Lack of Purpose
You need to make sure that you can feel that there is a reason for doing what you do in your professional life. If you don’t, there is a good chance that you will give up at some point because you have no specific purpose.
Lack of Persistence
Persistence is the one element that can only be obtained once you have found your passion and your purpose. Some people try to be persistent when they don’t feel passionate about what they do, but this is an uphill battle that you can’t win.
