Passion Meets Preparation

Passion Meets Preparation

Passion fuels many great business ideas that transform into ventures. Seeing innovation turned into excellent products and services is exciting for me! Learning how to bring a product to market, opening your first online store or a brick and mortar location can be such an adventure!

A few years ago I worked with a client that fulfilled a dream of there's by breaking into the North American market. They are very successful in their home country with a 5-Star restaurant, a casual waterfront concept, a casual concept in a globally recognized hotel, and then about seven grab-and-go roadside restaurants.

Even though they had, at that time, nearly 30 years of industry experience they faced many challenges with their new location. Over a million dollars was lost during this process and working to see their dreams come to reality sometimes was hard to do. They were accustomed to conducting business in a certain way but now they were being forced to adjust to a new way of doing things and it was a huge shock for them, which they often times resisted.

What started off as a 3-month retainer turned into 6 months. My client loved working with me and called me her miracle worker. She shared with me that the investment to work with me was worth it. She expressed that she's never had a person produce as many good results as I did for her and her company. Even though I am no longer working with her on a project, we still keep in contact with each other and spend time together. She absolutely loves my son.

The challenge for everyday entrepreneurs is that they don't have a million dollars that they could lose while learning and still be fine. Listening to partial stories from other business owners in the industry about how they started and established their business can only help you so much with building yours. A ton of ideas from friends and family could give you a confidence boost and you may believe that's all that you need to know to go into business, however, this is far from the truth.

You might have a friend that's a contractor that could do work for you at a discount. You might have partners or investors that will take care of certain things in the business while you take care of others. You might have family and friends that could cook and a friend that's an interior designer. But what I see is a person taking a bunch of puzzle pieces and throwing them up in the air hoping that when they all fall that they will fall perfectly into place and would create a beautiful end result.

You might be in business already and are trying to figure out what did I get myself into? Or you might be on your way there.

For the cost of the latest cellphone, a nice new laptop, or another electronic device, a luxury designer item, or a vacation, you could be a part of my company's Culinary Entrepreneurship Beta Program.

I invite you to review the program to see if it is a fit for you or someone that you know. You could choose from whichever option serves you best. The 1st is the live online program only. The 2nd is a comprehensive program with hands-on help.

Review the details about them here and if it interests you please apply to be a part of this industry-changing program that will be the next step in your entrepreneurial journey https://culinarymanagement.co/signature-program-and-book

I love working with self-starting, passionate people. I look forward to serving you and working with you.
