PASSION

Passion means " ANY POWERFUL FEELING".

Any person with a powerful feeling can be termed as a passionate person.That powerful feeling can be - emotion, love, hate OR anger.

A person is said to be passionate about something when he puts more energy to achieve something than the required energy to achieve that particular thing. We all have a Goal in our life but a Goal without interest & passion is just a wish.

PASSION FOR EMPLOYEES :- There is a lot of difference between engagment / interest and passion.

1. Engagement basically refers to the happiness of an employee with colleagues, boss & environment etc. BUT
2. Passion is when we consistently look for better ways to improve ourselves & our role in the organisation.

According to the report published by "DELLOITE" :- Companies aren't creating the environment where passionate employees can work BUT I don't think so.....

If the employees of the company are passionate, then the environment of the company will automatically become passionate, REMEMBER, Co. like " APPLE " also started from a small garage.

When we say that around 15000 employees are working in the co. That means are interested but not passionate. When we say that 15000 employees are working with the co. That means they are passionate.

VIRAT KOHLI was also interested in singing and dance but he was passionate about cricket, so we need to understand the difference between interest and passion.
